This sparkly piece says party! I gathered dangling parts and milk glass (found under faux pearls from the 50’s and 60’s) from broken necklaces I bought at garage and estate sales. Even the two sizes of chain were rescued from a box of so-called ‘junk jewelry’. No clasp. Can be shortened upon request.
